Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be unworn and unwashed. All items that have been worn or have self-inflicted damage will not be given merchandise credit or exchange.

Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 7-days of delivery date.

All refunds will be issued store credit with digital gift card.

For Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at info@greenetees.com with your order number to confirm exchange or refund for store credit. 
  2. After confirmation email, ship merchandise for exchange/return with your contact and order information to:

Timeline

Exchanges and returns will be processed and shipped within 14 days of receipt of items. You will be notified of shipment by email.
